Citrus salty salad


(2 servings)
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 onion finely chopped
salt, pepper.

Cut the grapefruit in two.
Cut out the grapefruit and the orange (take out the fin white skin too).
Mix the lemon juice, the vinegar.
Add to the citrus the sauce, the onion and the spices.
Let aside in a fridge for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to spread.
Serve cold.
