1 cup of white beans cooked
3 leaves of white cabbage finely sliced
1/2 cup of seitan or 1/2 cup of soya pellet
1 tomato sliced
1/2 onion finely chopped
6 trees of broccoli chopped
1/2 tsp of chilli pepper paste
1 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
In a preheated oiled pan, roast the onion until golden. Add the
broccoli and the cabbage strips and cook for one minute.
Add the white beans, and the chilli pepper paste.
Stir to coat the vegetables homogeneously with the chilli pepper paste.
Add the tomato sauce cook for two more minutes.
Serve with spaghetti when hot.
