Broccoli with almonds


(2 servings)
1 broccoli
1/2 cup of almonds flaked
1 vegetarian stock cube.

In a large and high pan, bring some some water to boil add the stock cube.
Add the broccoli cut into little trees.
Cook until tender. Sieve.
In a frying pan, roast the almonds until gold.
Add the broccoli trees and cook for one more minute.
Serve.
