3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cup of brown rice
4 cup of water
1 bunch of coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp of salt.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Heat the oil and add the garlic cloves to roast.
Lower the heat and add the rice and heat for five minutes stiring continously.
Add the water, the coriander and the salt.
Cover and cook over very low heat until the rice is tender and the water is
totally absorbed (apprx. 35 minutes).
Comment: I served it with chopped seitan.
