Chapatis

(makes approx. 5=2 servings)
125g of flour
1 tbsp of sesame or rapeseed oil
1/4 of tsp of salt
1/2 cup of cool water
flour

Mix progressively the cool water and the flour with the oil and salt.
Knead the dough until it is smooth and still thick.
Set it aside for 20 minutes. Cover with a cloth to avoid the dough to harden.
Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into five little balls. Roll these balls in flour to obtain patties.
With a floured rolling pin lower the dough into fin round pancakes.
Heat a frying pan and cook the chapaties one by one for one minute on each side.
While the chapati is cooking gently tap on it with a wooden spoon to allow it to blow.
It should blow up like a little balloon.
Serve.
