Vegan red beans patties


1/2 cup of cooked red beans
1 tsp of potato starch
1 tsp of ginger powder
1/4 grounded stock cube
2 cl of boiling water

Dissolve the stock cube in the boiling water.
Roughly blend the beans.
Stir in the water, the ginger and the potato starch.
Form 2 patties or 6 mini-patties (fitting in a bento).
Cook both side in a oiled pan over medium heat.
