Vegetable tian


1/2 courgette
1 carrot
1 onion
1 potato
2 big tomato
1/4 of a goat cheese
1 tblsp of olive oil
1/2 a stock cube
1 tblsp of lemon juice.

Slice the vegetables, put them alternatively in a baking pan.
Ground the stock cube in the oil and lemon juice. Pour it on the vegetables.
Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
