Spicy spinach and mushroom


a handful of fresh spinach
2 mushrooms peeled and sliced
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 of chilli pepper powder

First dip the spinach for two minute in boiling water, drain and set aside.
In a pan heat sliced for 3 min mushrooms with soja sauce and spices.
Add the spinach and cook for two more minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
