20g of rice
20g of sugar
300 ml of milk.
Over low heat heat gently the sugar with three tblsp of milk. Keep an eye on the sugar until it begins to melt. Wait about 3 minutes, then the sugar will start to melt and turn liquid around the edges. Now give the pan a good shake add the other ingredients and mix them.
Cook the ingredients until boiling point. Then, lower the heat and cook and stir until all the milk is absorbed. You have to keep an eye on the cooking to be sure that the bottom doesn’t get burn.
