Green coloured rice

5cm of courgette
2 leaves of green cabbage
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
half of a stock cube.

Mince the vegetables (I use a sharp knife, but if you have a blender…). Then, cook all the ingredients all together over high heat until it the water boils. Then cover the pan with a lid and put over low heat until all the water is absorbed.
