1/2 cup of corn
1/2 cup of red beans (in a tin or already prepared)
1/4 of cup of soya pellet
1/4 of an aubergine
1/2 of a courgette
6 leaves of lettuce
a slice of lemon.
Slice the vegetables, and fry them in this order: aubergine, then courgette and the red beans. After 1min or so add the chili pepper, the sage then the tomato sauce and the soya pellet. Allow them to rehydrate so cook for two more minutes.
Peel the avocado, and smash it with a fork in order to have a smooth mixture. Add some chili peper, salt pepper, and the juice of the lemon slice.
Spread the avocado onto the tortilla, add the tomato sauce. Top it with two tablespoon of faisselle and a leaf of lettuce.
Serve with lettuce.
