Sweet lens with dates


1 cup of cooked lens
4 dried dates
a handful of sultanas
5 cl of coco milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp of cumin
olive oil.

Take out the stone of the date. Slice then in two.
Heat the spices with a drop of oil. Add the other ingredients and cook until hot.
Serve with rice.
