Spicy vegetable stir


1/4 courgette
1/4 of aubergine
1/2 mushroom
ginger
Cayenne or chili pepper.

Cut the vegetables in little squares.
Cook over medium heat with the spices with a drop of olive oil for 10 minutes.
The vegetables were flavoured with ginger and half of a stock cube.
