Mint and red bean balls


30g of red beans
30g of flour
5 sticks of mint
5 stick of parsley
1tsp of Chile paste
10 cl of water
5 sticks of chive
2 tsp of tomato purée
1/4 dried yeast.

The night before before put the beans in a bowl cover with water.
Mince the beans, the mint leaves, the parley, and the chive.
Mix all the ingredients to obtain a smooth dough and work the dough for 10 minutes. Let rise for 2 hours. Work the dough for 5 minutes. Mould 10 balls out of the the dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.
Cook the balls in the oven for 15 minutes then turn the balls and cook again for 15 minutes.
Put on a rack to cool down.
