Courgette enveloppe of rice and beans

1/3 of courgette
1 cup of white beans
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice
1tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tbsp of dehydrated miso
1/4 of a nori sheet.

Cook the beans with 3 cups of water, the soja and the sugar for about 45 minutes until soft.
Mix the beans and the rice.
Cut into fin strips the nori.
Peel the courgette.
Boil some water with the miso.
Put the courgette in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
Take them out and place them in a little bowl in order to cover the entire bowl in a flower shape. <br Put the nori strips into the bowl. Add the rice and squash the rice with the back of a spoon. Then fold the courgette slices on the rice.
Put the bowl in the fridge for one hour.Gently turn the bowl and help the courgette envelope to come out.I think it’s a nice way to present rice. The taste of miso in the courgette and the nori is really so nice!
