1/2 banana sliced
2 tbsp of cherry jam
2 lumps of cane sugar
1/2 cup of cooked round rice
1/2 cup of soya milk.
Heat the milk, the rice and the sugar cane for 5 minutes over high heat. Add the jam and cook until the milk is absorbed by the rice.
In a frying pan, heat the slices of bananas and return them to cook each side.
Serve the rice in a ramekin and top with the banana slices.
