4 tblsp of whole wheat flour
5 cl of milk.
Peal the apple and slice it.
Mix the egg and the milk. Add the flour. It should be quite thick.
Add the slices of apple. Mix.
With a spoon, put a few slices of apple with the mixture in a pan over medium heat. Cook the little pancakes both sides.
It can be served as a tea time treat with fruits or to accompany a green vegetable soup.
