(makes 1.2 l)
150g of soya seeds,
8 drop of nut oil,
1,5 l of water.
Soak the soya seeds for 24h in water and rinse the seeds twice during the soaking time.
Blend the seeds into 1/2 l of water.
In a large pan mix the seeds with the rest of water (1l).
Heat the milk.
Cook the milk at simmer for 30 min. trying to keep the same temperature all along (i.e. simmer = something like 70°C).
Filter the milk.
Then, in a clean towel squeeze the seeds.
Set aside to cool. This milk stores for three days in a fridge.
