Vegan shortcrust pastry


3/4 cup of soya milk/water
1/2 cup of olive oil
3 cups of flour
1 tsp of salt

Mix the ingredients together. Knead to obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough which can be lowered with a rolling pin.

Comment: use for salty tarts.
